A fresh spin for SUGG

Sharper strategy and digital presence for an ambitious city bike

A compact bicycle, born in Brussels and built for city life

SUGG creates bikes for people who live, work, and move in the city. Their Mini Bike is sleek, agile, and built for the urban hustle. But even the best product needs the right story. With their flagship store just across the street from our office, SUGG came to us with a clear question: how do we turn this into a brand that truly sticks?

Our approach

The brand already had a strong visual identity, but the narrative needed sharpening. We began by defining a central brand promise: “Open up a world of possibility.” That became our guiding principle.

We developed a brand paper, refined the messaging and tone of voice, and laid out a strategy that felt both smart and city-ready. The website was redesigned to be smooth, intuitive, and focused on conversion—just like the bike itself.

Photography, marketing materials, and social content followed naturally. Everything was designed to be compact, clear, and fit for life on the move.

The solution

The message “Mini, but mighty” perfectly captured SUGG’s essence. It became the red thread running through the entire brand experience.

We delivered a user-friendly website optimised for engagement, lifestyle photography rooted in Brussels city life, and a toolkit for the SUGG team—from sales folders to event roll-ups. Alongside that, we rolled out a content strategy with regular social posts, newsletters and digital ads. All neatly aligned.

The results

With a clear story and strong tools, SUGG gained momentum.

Visibility across Brussels improved, the revamped website and Google Ads campaign began generating leads, and the monthly content gave rhythm to their communications. With a consistent brand experience and the right materials to support new resellers, SUGG is now fully geared for growth.
