Capacity building for European Capitals of Culture
The ‘Capacity building for European Capitals of Culture’ project is a service contract for the European Commission. The project is supporting capacity building and peer-learning activities for European Capitals of Culture (ECoCs). It aims to provide selected cities with practical support where skills gaps have been identified, with a robust technical assistance structure, a set of tools, materials, practical and theoretical expertise and knowledge while enhancing networking opportunities for ECoC organising teams.

A need for a strong identity!
The idea was to brand not only a platform, but rather a community. The organisations involved should recognise themselves in the identity. The challenge was to create a branding that at the same time has universal strengths.

An agile branding
The brand identity will be used for a long time. To keep the communication fresh, we developed several style elements that make this possible.
